Hey Billy, I agree that 3500ppm on an EGR vehicle is excessive. I usually run the test with the EGR disabled by either un-plugging it or blocking off flow to see what the NOx is w/o EGR. That allows me to put a number on its effectiveness. Should be 60% min an... Login to read more.
