Actualy Wayne, the BAR blast does not even mention Basic Area. It says "Vehicles recieving a TSI test". Granted, Enhanced Area Stations will see few vehicles that require a TSI test, but they are out there. Like a Motor Home or vehicle with fulltime 4 wheel dr... Login to read more.
