Another case of OBD2 perfection...

Hi all... Current case of OBD2 is infallible they keep telling us: 1998 Ford Expedition. 5.4 Triton V8, Cal Emissions. Vehicle passed Cal Smog with very OKish readings. (48 HCs, limit was 54, CO and NOx very good).
