Re: OBDII aftermarket catalytic converters (California)
Your right that OBDII is not perfect but it is a law. Every
manufacturer has to meet those standards or be fined and
then have to recall the vehicles to be fixed for free. It
is a pretty strict standard that they have to follow. ![]()
