I have not herd of a PZ-LEV classification. There is, however a PZEV classification. It must meet SULEV 150,000 mile emissions standards. It must have zero evaporative emissions. And must have a 15/150,000 waranty. See page 2 of this 5 page pdf docume... Login to read more.
