It's not so much raising fuel economy standards to reduce CO2 from a vehicle but to limit the exhaust output total. As I stated a perfect combustion engine burning 100% of the fuel will emit H2O and CO2 as a byproduct, you can't get more efficient than that. T... Login to read more.
