From what I'm getting from these articles, Feinstein is saying that in 6 1/2 months of usage of a gasoline blended with ethanol, I'm assuming it's E10 (10% ethanol 90% gas) has almost doubled the amount days LA has surpassed the air quality standard... Login to read more.
