I always wondered why nobody ever took this theory into account years ago?

We all have seen a very LAZY O2 sensor that still can switch from 200mv to 800mv, but only switches once every 10+ seconds at idle, and say 3-4 tymes in 5 seconds at 3000 rpm...and th... Login to read more.
