I agree, that the I/M inspection should have a one speed idle test. I seen a van today, I think that it wss a 99 Ford van, had a bad coil with a miss but, NO MIL.... Now that could have past an OBD test and still be a polluter. Am I missiing something?, is a s... Login to read more.
