Colorado State's Concern for Clean Air is a Joke!
Along with removing the emissions testing program in the
Basic Areas of Colorado by the 1st of the year, now the
State has said, "As of midnight April 1, 2003 a MIL on
during an emissions test will no longer be cause for an
emissions test failure."
