Did you check the rear O2 output at the PCM? If a body shop fixed it maybe the circuit is damaged. Also, the rear O2 on a car with a healthy cat will show high (rich) after you return from a fast idle for a few seconds or more. It may or may not then hang low ... Login to read more.
