Remote sensing will not have any exempt cars. As Dr. "st***d" Jr. says it should replace all scheduled inspections and all repairs. Just raise the scrap fee high enough and the remote-sensing/scrap program will provide all the credit needed. Sorry charlie only... Login to read more.
