According to some tool reps, I guess the EARLY scandata was flawed. I think SNAPON was giving wrong data on like 93-95 domestic carts, and the Tech1 had some comm issues way back when? Snappy would comm, but some of the data would be for the wrong pids or some... Login to read more.
