WELL...Hmmm...its probably a 2002 thing. There are quite a few programs written for ARM CE 2000(Win CE 3.0) that need tweaking to finish loading on 2002 units. Many games written for CE 3 wont work, or wont work on all units, when loaded on a CE 2002 unit, or ... Login to read more.
