I don't think you have to worry about BAR in Colorado. They are getting rid of the BASIC areas emissions programs Dec. 31, 2003 and it seems to be projected the Enhanced area will go belly up Dec. 2005. That is the latest from CDHE. So, I hope you don'... Login to read more.
