Hi Bernard, you have good points, as loaded mode testing has no idle check for emissions and lets face it there is lots of idleing done on CA freeways,I was in your neck of the woods (Oakland )stuck on the 580, and BAR 90 test done correctly, ie EGR funtional ... Login to read more.
