Okay, here's how I see the best use of Test Only. We see the fails and ALOT of repairs (with reciepts) from unlicenced repair shops. Let the Test Onlys cite or right reports to the BAR about these shops. This only work IF THE BAR WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!!... Login to read more.
