Yep, it is called Static Timing and I will bet that not one in ten know how to do it properly. It takes a DIAL INDICATOR, not a SCREWDRIVER. You have to bring the piston up slowly to TDC noting the progress on the DI. There is a point where the dial will stop ... Login to read more.
