at least he was able to collect for a completed test. I, on the other hand, could not complete the inspection DUE TO A SOFTWARE PROGRAM!! and can not charge (nor do I want to) for an incomplete test. What iritates me is that there is NO WAY for me to complete ... Login to read more.
