Hi Aaron, I have a good 87 240 which I just scoped out. The injector pulse width is 3.1 ms. at idle. If you open the throttle a bit, it jumps to 10ms for just a sec., kinda like an accelerator pump on a carb. It does the same with the throttle switch disconnec... Login to read more.
