Can someone explain what state a O2 should look like when you measure it whennot connected to PCM ?

This is a heated O2. Via a PCM scanner, engine running but water temps just reaching 180 degrees I could see B2S2 (dowstream ) was showing a pretty flat line ... Login to read more.
