Need a hand here, the code is 14 VSS, failed smog,only on MIL being on, the VSS signal gets to the speedo head does not go back out to the PCM,speedo needle moves sometimes, cant find out if this would be an emissions related failure, OBD1. I think it should b... Login to read more.
