Thanks guys for all your replies. In Rhode Island we have a decenterzailed emissions and safety program. What pisses me off is this same dealership took in a 1981 F100 for inspection; the truck needed a tie rod, and failed the 2-speed idle test. So this dealer... Login to read more.
