Had a customer from Wildomar (basic area) with a Test-Only DMV renewal slip. He was referred from another repair station who couldn't test the vehicle. The vehicle was (HEP) High Emission Profile and went with a (TSI) Two Speed Idle test. What gives? Login to read more.
