Hi all....

I have a "red tape" question.

A customer of mine has all of his trucks registered in NJ, but.... keeps 2 of these trucks mainly in NY state.

NJ has a cutoff for diesel emissions of 18,000 lbs, but NY has a cutoff of 8500 (I think).
