I'm curious to know if any dealers out there have been trying the "Brains and Hands" approach?( or similar) The TopTech or troubleshooter does the diagnosing, the "B" or "C" techs do the actaul reair/labor. A team, consisting of some damn good techs would hand... Login to read more.
