Lee, Due to my relationship with Fram, I have a pretty close knowledge of the Wal-Mart Tire and Lube centers. They havent used the 14.99 price point in more than 8 years. You should walk in there sometime and see the menu, it would certainly give you some ammo... Login to read more.
