If the modern diesel is so much better, why does my 1995
dodge 2500 5.9 with 400000 miles get 20 mpg versus a 2004
5.9 2500 getting 15 mpg ? The 95 has never been touched and
the 04 has had a set of injectors at 100000 and an engine at
200000. ![]()
