Increasing from 25mpg to 35.5 mpg

1. Make/sell 75% fewer of the existing 15 mpg cars/increase to 17.25mpg

2. Make/sell 60% fewer of the existing 20 mpg cars/increase to 23mpg

3. Make/sell 30% fewer of the existing 25 mpg cars/increase to 28.75mpg
