All good advice, except for the diagnostic tech. not being paid flat rate, I was a flat rate tech doing nothing but diagnostic and failed smog rapairs for a long time before I became a shop owner, and I would NEVER work on an hourly basis, I couldn't aford to.... Login to read more.
