I don't believe it is our resposibility to "opt-out" which is us having to sign ourselves out I prefer the "opt-in" method which leaves it up to us to sign in So he got unsolicited mail from ASE because he didn't sign himself out (opt -out) of a list he didn't... Login to read more.
