Hi Jacques. Here in Canada we have Provincial/Territorial licensing and Inter-Provincial Red Seal. It is not a license that is purchased. At this time the Red Seal is now not mandatory but recognized, although we would like to see that reinstated. We do howeve... Login to read more.
