I am definitely against "mandatory" licensing beyond the current OSHA/EPA/Fire/Insurance/Workmen's Comp., etc. This is almost a "nightmare" already. Total compliance is virtually impossible and consequently many of these requirements are "loosely" enforced. Ve... Login to read more.
