We do at our shop, too, but that still doesn't make flatrate a viable pay system in my book. I hate it, and I averaged 112-115% at my hourly jobs for a LONG time. Even doing my own estimates I am going broke due to lack of work. Without the added pressure of p... Login to read more. ![]()
