Thanks for the interesting post Jack!

I couldn't find anything about a 42-volt system for the 1998-2001 LS400 in ALLDATA. Maybe they didn't import the Idle Stop/Start feature of the Crown to the U.S.? Or maybe it's just not in ALLDATA.
