I agree,Lexus does recommend replacing brake fluid every 24 months/30000 miles in their maintenance schedule,but you won't find it in a Toyota manual.I subscribe to T.I.S.,and I can compare the maint. requirements between similar models-RX300/Highlander,ES300 ... Login to read more.
