Hi Matthew -- I still hear rumor's about OBDIII, even now with GM's On Star doing diagnostic's on 2004 and up. And they can e-mail the consumer about the car status monthly. I think GM's on track with there new service and it will expand to other car lines. Th... Login to read more.
