Hi Ty -- Yes Delphi is in Bankruptcy, but they have not gone "Under", they are still working. They are trying to change/cut wages and health care expenses. I believe Dec 18 is the date they need wage concession from the employee's and of coarse UAW. The outcom... Login to read more.
