I just got off the C.A.R.B. website and the E.P.A. webiste, I only did a cursory search but found no evidence of any OBD 3 change I did find numerous references of items and issues addressed thru 2010 under OBD2 regulations?I have heard OBD 3 rumors... Login to read more.
