why is it that you cant buy a diesel vehicle after 2003 model year that is not a pickup truck in massachusetts? a few people I know of had to buy a vehicle with over 5000 miles in order to get the vehicle they wanted like a vw beetle or jeep liberty registered... Login to read more.
