If he didn't have the position he has, as one of the rulers/leaders, of ASA, he would be free to choose who he responds to. However, as a ruler/leader of ASA, I don't think Bill Haas enjoys the privilege of choosing which member shop he can arbitrarily ignore.... Login to read more.
