I agree! There is a massive tech shortage at the 15 to 20 dollar per hour range. Up around the 30 dollar and plus range there is a glut. I've seen the same thing with Doctors and Lawyers. Try paying them half the going rate and see how many there are? Then go ... Login to read more.
