Actually, if the cops in CA slowed down, the drivers around them probably would too. I hope they don't though, I like driving in California, where even the CHP does 90 MPH. In Nevada, the NHP starts writing tickets over 85 MPH (in the 75 zones.) This in a stat... Login to read more.
