Hello. A young guy came into my shop the other day with a survey about issues I have with repairs. He said he works on the Right to Repair. I don't have a ton of issues but he was asking about having to pay for OEM software.

Ive never posted on here before but having to deal with all that different software can really annoy me sometimes so I figured I'd share the survey. I've been doing this 30+ years the diagnostic software can help but I barely do german cars anymore because of how long it takes to reprogram everything.
