Thanks for the response Jake, Work seems to be spread out fairly evenly at least when it comes to the "crappy jobs". There are plenty of those to go around here in Illinois haha. I have been keeping booked work hours sheet of my own along with the self generated ones from our management system (Tekmetrics) as a self check for any work that may go undocumented for what ever reason and I do go over this on a weekly basis with my employer.

As for knowing the systems i'm working on I consider myself fairly proficient with Electrical Diagnostics and with most theory of operation of most systems the vehicle i do use service information when i'm caught in a hard place along with reaching out to a 1-800 line here and there. It looks as if i just need to self develop a little more and continue pushing with continuation of education outside of work hours to become more efficient.
