We had the old WiTech 'pod' then a WiTech 1.0, neither would work on a 2018 and up FCA vehicle. You need a WiTech 2.0 Micropod and then access to the FCA website, the scantool is not downloadable inside it is a live website, to use it I need the vehicle close ... Login to read more.
