Newer vehicles, with ETC, DON'T drop out of closed loop when at max throttle anymore. That was one of the reasons for introducing ETCs on vehicles. It may say it's giving you WOT (as shown on the scanner) but it almost never does. I have yet to see maximum fue... Login to read more.
