In Europe, Mobil has a multiple application product that satisfies MB, VW and Jaguar/Rover. But, I don't think it is available YET here in the USA.

Mobil 1 ESP x2 0W-20 meets VW 508/509, Porsche C20, MB 229.71 and Jaguar/Rover 5122.
