If it was me, I would run on lift, tires off, mark rear of drive shaft at 90 degrees, 4 marks, chalk, then hang hose clamps, with screws/ weight points aligned, 2-3 clamps will be good to start, move clamps through positions, if you find it decreases vibration... Login to read more.
