i agree 100 percent, if it doesnt get fixed the right way, then it hits the highway, liability is a big issue here, IMHO. period, if the customer doesnt want to hear it, then let the other "cheaper" shop or the customer "fix" it. we are a high quality shop her... Login to read more.
